History: He was raised in a island tribe. Shane was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shane decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Description: This man is very fat, and has the majority of his body covered in plate. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Ulfgar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She stands about 3'0" and wears skinny pants and wears a red and tan robe with the hood down. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has done her best to style her golden hair to look like a famous performer. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Myria embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Myria and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bricklayer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wishes to resurrect an old love
