Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His tied-back hair is brown. He has green eyes.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Heian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and violet tie. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tarak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Tûgog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tûgog decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat, and is pretty ugly. Her fur, while still mostly cinnamon, has prominent grey streaks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: This woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her left hand. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by her family; and she has money and likes to spend it
