Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and white eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Valafar was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: She is a Layabout first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Margery grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Margery. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Balam's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has never given up on his music dream.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
