History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Cressel's homeland. Cressel decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'9". He wears a simple blue robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses like a well dressed Interpreter does. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Adrie is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adrie grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
