Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Barbena is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this northern man wears a worn and beaten armor. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: An older man who wears baggy brown pantaloons and a blue scarf, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is brown and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
