History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Mûg was taken on many hunting expeditions. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jasmine studied abroad. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: Bune was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
