History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is an amazing painter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He now owns his own business.
