History: Kite hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Cockaby is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a black vest and prefers white and blue shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Makaria was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is content; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
