Gildmak Kettlewhistle, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Gildmak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Dagger Of Ivory, Female Tabaxi [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is wearing a long, brown cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'1" when asserting herself. She has done her best to style her beige fur to look like a famous performer. She wears a mask on her face.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Dagger took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
