Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
