Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length brown fur. Her eyes are likewise copper. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Ploughman; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has worked as a Glassblower like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her white hair is still thick. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.
