Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Balam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Hubert was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Junk Dealer. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.
