History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Farideh grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Pallabar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
