History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Gilbert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
