Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ralf took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now mingles about in high society.
