History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Horza grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Bundrigo is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Bundrigo hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is greedy

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are white.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has worked as a Brewer like her mother before her.

Motivation: To be a Tanner again; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and pastel pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
