History: She comes from a rich western family. A freak accident while working with her Brewer mother left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Katherine's homeland. Katherine decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Silaqui was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified.
