History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jarsali embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jarsali grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother
