History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Laborer job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears bulky green painted plate armor. Her hair is red and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 32. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the west
