History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Masseuse job and began his own company from there.

History: Vani was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and expand her business

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Laborer who has hired him part-time. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Harvest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Harvest. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has a crush on the local healer
