History: Gargax was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
