History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Phelaia will drive conversation. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
