Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Qualen will drive conversation. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Qualen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is greedy

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Personality: Thamuz is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He is greedy; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Nim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to prove his worth to the world
