History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Personality: Ootah is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ootah grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but she was a colossal failure. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with blue slacks. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Theren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Theren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
