History: Born to a Performer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Mardnab was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mardnab decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Grai hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Adventurer does. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. His white crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Direcris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Knight. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Knight but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Korinn is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
