Description: 4'0" and muscular, this southern woman usually wears her brown robe and has her bastard sword always slung over her shoulder. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nalaed grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nalaed. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tattered old clothes. His fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears an entirely tan suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her top tan hat.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of illithids
