Personality: She is fixated on the number 48. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Maiathah was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
