Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Gifted from a young age, Anverth studied abroad. Through the years after Anverth was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anverth's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
