Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Verin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with violet lining and desert motifs. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Millicent began to lead the lost caravan. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tan collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
