Outside of the suit she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her red hair is knotted and matted. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Mantus was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
