Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He became a Mercenary soon after.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
