History: Gimurt lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ulfgar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ulfgar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
