Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Painter, her father struggled to pay the bills. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He typically wears pastel cloth garments or leather armor. He carries a battered monstrous two handed axe and tarnished falchion as well. He wears his red fur down. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Pûgrish began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is an amazing painter.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
