Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Xanaphia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Fargas hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away
