Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson red hat.

Personality: Bucklal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Bucklal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a grey tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright auburn hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emmeline does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His hair is long and white with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Dûgza lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.
