Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
