Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Orla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a mace on her belt. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Abalaba will drive conversation. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bucklal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Bucklal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bucklal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bucklal. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He is a husky man, who typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His long scarlet crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a dull look in his red eyes.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Baradad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Baradad was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found
