Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. Her silver hair is greasy and uncared for. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a Dilettante, her father struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and she perpetually has her pickaxe ready. She sports red long hair. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents enrolled her in a Barbarian school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Portia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her bastard sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Torgga never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
