History: Born in the east to a Courier, Uraim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Courier kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
