Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Calcitro embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Calcitro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: Eridred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She became a Beggar soon after.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
