History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Raiann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Kyle abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
