History: Gifted from a young age, Heather studied abroad. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
