History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the west to a Mason, Hrathy learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Hrathy alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: He was born in the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
