History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A 5'5" northern man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
