Through the years after Torinn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Mijira was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
