History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naivara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Naivara was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Thea was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
