History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. She has no fur. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Engraver. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Edge has worked very hard to control her curse. She has worked as a Engraver like her mother before her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and further expansion of business

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Sellsword, but she got bored and became a Ploughman. She has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Seddit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life
