History: Emmeline hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Uraim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Uraim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Uraim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
