History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mreksh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Grigi was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
