Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Markosian was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Markosian's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: She stands about 3'0" and prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered drow who tried to eat her hand. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she wants revenge against drow

Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his brown fur in a flapper bob. His copper eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: 5'4" and muscular, this eastern man is wearing a long, pastel cloak. His yellow fur is knotted and matted. His eyes are yellow and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Server arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Server work with an outfit from a few towns over. Server work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
